Safety Train The Trainer

The Safety Train The trainer program focuses on knowledge and skills required to plan, organize, create and deliver effective training programs.

Those who train employees, supervisors or upper levels of management and are concerned with the development of in-depth training programs and improving their presentation skills should attend this course.  During this course, the participant will plan and design a training program applicable to their work environment.

Upon Completion of the Course, the participant will be able to:

  • Assess Safety and Health Training Needs

  • Determine Instructional Strategies and Methods for Training

  • Calculate training Costs

  • Facilitate Learning Activities

Participants will be involved in their own learning experience through interactive, instructional exercises.  These activities provide opportunities to apply newly learned concepts in a variety of safety and health scenarios.

During the training, participants will:

Analyze Problems Presented Through Case Studies.
Practice Skills in Roll Play Situations.
Share Management Techniques with Other Safety and Health Professionals in Group Discussions.
Create a Management Plan for Their Company/Facility.
