The Introduction to Safety Management program focuses on knowledge and skills required to effectively deal with safety and health management issues from an individual and organizational prospective.
During the five-day course, safety and health systems and organizational structure; work processes and practices; and the needs of and relationships with employees will be explored. The scope, function, and leadership role of the safety and health professional are emphasized.
