All accidents, injuries and "near miss" incidents should be investigated to determine root causes so that appropriate corrective action can be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

This course includes tools to help conduct effective Accident/Incident Investigation from the investigator's and or/investigative team members point of view.
